The pond is the main focus of the yard. It is surrounded by natural flagstone and a variety of shrubs along the fence. A waterfall at the shallow end adds a pleasant effect and helps aerate the water. The water level is kept constant by an automated system that replaces evaporating water in the summer. On the other side of the garden is an arch way that takes you into a secluded secret garden.
